Best homemade remedies for dark knees and elbow?

Everyone wants their knees and elbows to be fair and clean. But many times you see your knees and elbows dark that you never like. If your knees and elbows are dark then you're going to shy about wearing t-shirts and shorts.I have a solution, read the steps or process below to learn more about it:


Tips are as follows:

(1) Aloe Vera Gel
 As we all know, aloe vera reduces skin damage caused by overexposure of knees and elbows to the sun. It also moisturizes our skin and prevents the dryness that may lead to skin darkening. Aloe Vera gel is the best home remedy for sunburned skin.
  1. Take a bowl and fresh leaves of aloe Vera.
  2. Take out the gel from burn plant leaves by breaking the fleshy leaf.
  3.  Toss your knees and elbows with the fresh gel.
  4. Leave it for 30 minutes let it dry completely.
  5. Wash it properly with warm water. Repeat the process daily until you get the desired result.

(2) Baking soda
 Baking soda is very effective in cleaning the skin and reducing skin darkening. It is a good exfoliating agent that helps remove dead cells.
  1. Take some amount of baking soda and a cup of milk.
  2. Mix them gently and makes the paste.
  3.  Apply this paste to your knees and elbows and scrub it in circular motion.
  4.  Leave it until it get dry completely.
  5.  Wash it with clean water.
  6. Repeat this method once each 2 days frequently till you get desired result.

(3) Sugar and Olive oil
The sugar works as an exfoliate and the olive oil as a moisturizer. Also the best way to scrub your skin is to clean your skin. When you try to lighten your skin, the granules help to exfoliate and clean the skin.
  1. Take equal quantity of sugar and olive oil.
  2.  Mix them properly and makes a thick paste.
  3.  Apply the paste to the dark knees and elbows and rub your skin while using the paste for about 10 minutes.
  4. Wash it with mild soap and clean water.
  5. Repeat this method double or thrice every week till you see the whole modification in your dark skin.

(4) Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is the best home remedy for lightening your dark skin. It contains vitamin E that can help lighten the skin tone and prevent dryness in your skin. It can also repair dark and damaged skin. Apply coconut oil 3-4 times a day to prevent darkness in your skin.
  1. Take much needed amount of coconut oil in a bowl.
  2.  Repeat this process twice or thrice a week until you see the complete change in your dark skin.
  3. Massage gently for at least 5 minutes.
  4. Repeat this method double each day frequently till you get the required result.

(5) Sour Curd and Gram Flour
Sour curd also helps to lighten the tone of the skin and gram flouris used to remove a tan and clean and tighten the skin.
  1. Take a bowl of sour curd and a teaspoon of gram flour.
  2. Mix them properly and makes a well paste.
  3.  Apply this paste on your dark knees and elbows.
  4.  Leave it for 20-30 minutes and then wash it with fresh water.
  5.  Repeat this process regularly once in two days for a good result.

(6) Lemon
Lemon has both natural bleaching and exfoliating properties. It also has a high vitamin C content that helps remove dead cells and lighten skin tone.
  1. Take a lemon and  cut it into two pieces and extract the juice properly.
  2.  Apply the juice to your dark elbow and knees.
  3.  Massage gently for 4-5 minutes.
  4.  Wash it with warm water and apply the moisturizer.
  5.  Repeat this process regularly once a day until the desired result is obtained.
