Everyone wants their knees and elbows fair and clean.But in many times you see your knees and elbows dark which you never likes.If your knees and elbows are dark then you will shy in wearing t-shirts and shorts.If there is a problem don't forget that there is also a solution.I have a solution,to know more about that read the steps or process given below:

Tips are as follows:

(1) Aloe Vera Gel
 As we all know that aloe vera reduces the sun damage caused to the skin due to overexposure of knees and elbows to the sun.It also moisturizes our skin and prevents the dryness which may lead to darkening of the skin.Aloe vera gel is the best home remedy for sunburned.
  • Take a bowl and fresh leaves of aloe vera.
  • Take out the gel from aloe vera leaves by breaking the fleshy leaf.
  • Apply the fresh gel on your knees and elbows.
  • Leave it for 30 minutes let it dry completely.
  • Wash it properly with warm water.
  • Repeat the process daily until you get the desired result.

(2) Baking soda
 Baking soda is very effective in cleaning the skin and reduce darkening of the skin.It is a good exfoliating agent that helps remove dead cells.It also helps to balance ph level of our skin.
  • Take some amount of baking soda and a cup of milk.
  • Mix them gently and makes the paste.
  • Apply this paste on your knees and elbows and scrub it in circular motion.
  • Leave it until it get dry completely.
  • Wash it with clean water.
  • Repeat this process once every two days regularly until you get desired result.

(3) Sugar and Olive oil
The sugar works as a exfoliate and the olive oil as a moisturizer.Also sugar is best use for scrub your skin which helps in cleaning your skin.When you trying to lighten your skin,the granules helps to exfoliate and cleans skin.
  • Take equal quantity of sugar and olive oil.
  • Mix them properly and makes a thick paste.
  • Apply the paste to the dark knees and elbows and rub your skin while using the paste for about 10 minutes.
  • Wash it with mild soap and clean water.
  • Repeat this process twice or thrice a week until you see the complete change in your dark skin.
(4) Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is the best home remedy to lighten your dark skin.It contains vitamin E that can help lighten the skin tone and prevent your skin from dryness.It can also repair dark and damaged skin.Apply the coconut oil 3-4 times in a day to prevent your skin from darkness.
  • Take much needed amount of coconut oil in a bowl.
  • Apply coconut oil on your knees and elbows after bath.
  • Massage gently for at least 5 minutes.
  • Repeat this process twice a day regularly until you get the desired result.
(5) Sour Curd and Gram Flour
Sour curd also helps lighten skin tone and gram flouris used to remove a tan and cleanse and tighten the skin.
  • Take a bowl of sour curd and a teaspoon of gram flour.
  • Mix them proplerly and makes a well paste.
  • Apply this paste on your dark knees and elbows.
  • Leave it for 20-30 minutes and then wash it with fresh water.
  • Repeat this process once in two days regularly for a good result.

(6) Lemon
Lemon has natural bleaching as well as exfoliating properties.It has also a high amount of vitamin C which helps remove dead cells and lighten skin tone.
  • Take a lemon and  cut it into two pieces and extract the juice properly.
  • Apply the juice on your dark elbow and knees.
  • Massage gently for 4-5 minutes.
  • Wash it with warm water and apply the moisturizer.
  • Repeat this process once a day regularly until you get the desired result.
